Rides issues:

If a passenger causes significant damage to your vehicle, resulting in the need for cleaning or repairs, rest assured that we are here to provide assistance and support.

To ensure a smooth process, kindly submit a report before accepting another ride and ensure it is done within two hours.

Please include the passenger’s or ride’s details, such as:

  • The time and date of the incident.
  • It is important to capture at least two clear photos of the damage, and if it is dark outside, please use your phone’s flash or the car’s interior light for better visibility.
  • Additionally, please provide any relevant information about how the damage occurred. ( Failure to meet these requirements may impact our ability to recover a damage fee from the passenger. )

  • Damage fees are to help you repair or clean affected areas of your vehicle only. Fees don’t cover the cost of additional cleaning for unaffected areas.
  • Damage fee amounts are based on the type and severity of the damage.

Here are the typical fees for types of damage:

  • $20: Minor damage such as mud, dirt, or animal fur in the car
  • $40: Moderate damage such as food, drink, or biowaste outside of the car
  • $100: Moderate damage such as liquid, biowaste or bodily fluids in the car
  • $180: Major damage like biowaste all over the car or physical damage to fixtures inside or outside of the car
